CONSTITUTIONAL LAW-I (UK)

The course will examine the remarkable unwritten constitution of the United Kinkdom:

•  the Separation of Powers, 
• Rule of Law,
•  Parliamentary Supremacy and 
• the Independence of Judiciary under the British constitutional conventions. 
• Course contents shall include the Nature and Development of the British Constitution, 
• the Conventions of the Constitution and will look at the Institution of Government;
•  the Monarchy,
•  the Legislature and the Executive.
